Boost is designed to teach useful AI habits without becoming a copy of your team’s work.
Effective August 31, 2026
What we collect
For business owners and administrators, we collect account email, organization details, invoice email, invoice and payment reference, invoiced and customer-confirmed amount, promotion use, payment status, roster changes, approvals, and audit records. For individual purchasers, we collect the account email, name, invoice email, invoice and payment reference, invoiced and customer-confirmed amount, payment status, and audit records. For all learners, we collect name, email, role, chosen AI provider, familiarity level, email-platform choice, course progress, and completion. An individual learner may optionally provide a workplace name and public website. We do not receive Venmo credentials or the customer’s complete funding details. We also collect feedback you choose to send and limited technical logs needed for security and reliability.
Team training inquiries
When you inquire through the DAIA or Boost website, we store your contact details, company information, approximate learner count, total budget estimate, training interests, and any goals you choose to share. DAIA’s founders use these details to respond and discuss training options. Submitting an inquiry does not create an account, enroll anyone, authorize a charge, or subscribe you to marketing. Inquiry records are kept for up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner; separate customer and financial records follow the retention rules below.
What we deliberately do not collect
Boost does not connect to or store your ChatGPT or Claude conversations, prompts, generated work, inbox contents, credentials, or private company documents. Learners use their own or employer-managed AI accounts directly with those providers.
If you choose voice input for your work notes, your browser’s speech service processes the audio and may send it to its provider for transcription. Boost does not receive or store the audio. The resulting work notes stay in this browser tab, just like typed answers.
How we use information
We use it to provide access, process payments, send transactional messages, show business administrators completion status, prevent abuse, and support customers.
Service providers
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Venmo to receive business payments, Resend for email, and Vercel for hosting and operational analytics. These providers process data under their own terms and our service arrangements.
Retention
Newly purchased access lasts 12 months from activation. Employees assigned an existing unused seat receive its remaining access period. Included administrator access remains available while the company has active employee access. Learner profiles, progress, consent history, and related email records are scheduled for deletion 90 days after the learner’s applicable access ends, including any continuing included administrator access. Security webhook payloads are kept for up to 90 days. We may keep organization, purchase, refund, tax, and minimal audit records longer when needed for contracts, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons. Business administrators can export roster and completion records from the dashboard; individual enrollments never appear there.
Security and transfers
Access is protected with expiring email authentication, tenant-level database policies, hashed invitation tokens, webhook signatures, and encrypted network connections. Our providers may process data in the United States and other locations where they operate.
Contact
Questions and privacy requests can be sent through our support page. Include the email used with Boost and, for a business account, the organization name so we can verify the request.
