Terms of Service

Who may use Boost

You must be at least 18. If you enroll a business, you must be authorized to act for that organization. Administrators are responsible for accurate roster data and for having a lawful basis to enroll and email learners. All organization administrators have equal product access. If you enroll only yourself, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information and payment confirmation you provide.

The service

Boost provides guided education during the access period shown in your account. Business enrollment also includes administrator-managed sharing and progress reporting. Boost does not provide or manage ChatGPT, Claude, email, or other third-party accounts. Features shown by those services may vary by plan, region, employer policy, and provider changes.

Business purchases and access

New companies contact us for a quote before enrollment. We confirm pricing and setup with you before you commit. Existing companies retain their current purchase and employee-addition process. Existing quotes and historical purchase prices are preserved. Administrators may add 1–100 employees at a time; the company roster may exceed 100.

Available, unexpired purchased seats are used first, with their remaining access dates shown before confirmation. Newly purchased seats receive 12 months from activation. The review screen shows the exact total before activation. Starting Boost confirms the order and grants access without upfront payment; an invoice with payment instructions is emailed to the selected billing address. Invoiced seats count toward the company’s pricing threshold, whether paid or awaiting payment. Approved promotions remain available and do not create an invoice. Previously reported Venmo payments retain their existing review process. Administrators share the company link with employees; where automatic invitations are enabled, Boost emails the reviewed roster instead. Anyone with a shared team link can open any course listed on that page, so keep the link within your team.

Administrators who take Boost are included in the employee roster and seat total. Their details are prefilled during company setup and may be edited or removed before review. Previously issued course access is unchanged.

Individual purchases and access

Individual enrollment costs $100.00 for one named learner and includes 12 months of course access. Individual enrollment does not include an organization dashboard, employee invitations, or promotion codes. The exact price is shown before confirmation. Starting Boost confirms the order and grants access immediately; an invoice with payment instructions is emailed to the chosen billing address. Existing quotes and historical purchases keep their original prices and payment records.

Payment terms

Boost purchases are currently offered in U.S. dollars through DAIA’s Venmo business profile. Purchases are one-time charges and do not renew automatically. Customer confirmations, claimed amounts, and references are recorded; DAIA may contact the purchaser to resolve an unmatched, incomplete, duplicate, or unauthorized payment.

Our money-back promise

If you’re not happy with Boost, we’ll refund your purchase in full. This covers personal and company purchases, even after starting or completing the course, with no fixed deadline. If the invoice is unpaid, we’ll cancel it instead. See how to request a refund.

Responsible use

Follow any workplace policies that apply and the terms of every AI provider you use. Do not submit credentials, regulated personal data, confidential client information, or proprietary materials unless the relevant organization and provider expressly allow it. Verify important AI outputs. Do not use Boost to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, or bypass access controls.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Boost reliable but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change the service to improve safety, comply with law, or respond to third-party platform changes. Material changes will not reduce an already-purchased access term without an appropriate remedy.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Boost is provided “as is.” DAIA is not responsible for third-party AI services or decisions made from AI output. DAIA’s aggregate liability arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected business cohort or individual enrollment. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.

Termination and law

We may suspend access for material misuse or security risk. You may stop using Boost at any time. These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of DAIA’s principal place of business, without overriding mandatory rights in your jurisdiction.
